There are many reasons for the Boom Time (expiration of the trial version) to be at 0 when you install the Toon Boom Studio even though you never had it installed before.

The first reason would be the fact that you did not have local administrator rights when you installed the Toon Boom Studio on your machine. If the time left to the test Toon Boom Studio is at 0 when you install the evaluation version you need to reinstall the Toon Boom Studio with local administrator rights.
