  sb007_Editing Textures and Gradients

There currently isn't any texture editing tool in Storyboard but it is actually possible to manipulate gradient even if you cannot move the support. Here is the procedure to follow to get it done:

1. First create the image you want to fill with a gradient texture.

2. Create your gradient color by double clicking on one of the color swatch in the Pen tab. Once your gradient color has been created trigger the "Draw behind" function above the color swatches.

3. Create a shape that you will fill with your gradient. This shape will be used as your texture support. Remove the edges of the shape to keep only the fill.

4. With the select tool rotate and reshape the texture filled shape so that it fits the image you want to apply the gradient on.

5. Now it's time to remove all the extra color around your image. To do so select another color swatch and with the Paint Bucket tool paint all the extra regions of colors that you do not need.

6. Then with the select tool select those new colored zones and delete them.

7. Repeat the procedure as many times as you need to paint other parts of the image you are working on.
