DP0002: Error message "License container not found (7)" upon launch of Digital Pro

If you receive a License container not found (7) error message when you try launching Digital Pro, it is usually related to a dongle problem.



There are two possible causes for this error message:

• You did not install the Hasp Drivers when you installed Digital Pro. Either run the installer again or download the Hasp HL device drivers from the following site: 
  http://www.aladdin.com/support/hasp/enduser.aspx
  

• The dongle is not connected properly to your computer. Make sure that the red light is lit on the dongle and that it is connected in a USB port that has sufficient power.
