Advanced Multiplane Scene Planning

We’ve created a tutorial called Constructing a Multiplane Scene to help you learn how to create camera moves in Sceneplanning mode.

The Sceneplanning mode makes it super easy for you to create interesting, dynamic animations. With the 3D scene space, the scene camera, and pegs, you can map out motion paths that the camera will follow through the depth of the scene.

Toon Boom Studio™ automatically interpolates the size of your drawings as the depth changes so that you don’t have to. Vector technology preserves the quality of your drawings through changes you make in Sceneplanning mode.

In this tutorial, you learn how to:

  • Reuse content to keep the file size of your animations small
  • Compose your scene elements in the 3D scene space
  • Create multiplane camera moves
