2. Download, print, and fill-out the Academic Registration Form (PDF). You must have Adobe® Reader to view this form.
   
   
3. Get the required proof of eligibility. See the Eligibility section.
   
   
4. Fax the completed Academic Registration Form AND the required proof of eligibility to 1-514-278-2666. If you have any problems, you can email us at academic@toonboom.com.
   
   
5. A Toon Boom staff member will contact you to approve your status.
